Ingredients
For the Filling:

1 cup ground beef or chicken

1 cup diced taro (boiled until soft)

1/2 cup coconut milk

Salt, pepper, and fresh parsley
For the Crust:

2 cups flour

100g butter or margarine

Cold water to bind

1 egg (for brushing)
Preparation Method

Make the Dough: Rub butter into flour, add water slowly, and form a dough. Chill for 30 mins.

Prepare the Filling: Cook meat and onion in a pan. Add taro, seasonings, and coconut milk. Simmer till thickened.

Assemble & Bake: Roll dough, cut into rounds, fill, seal, brush with egg, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
