Initially focusing on leadership and management, LinkedIn expanded the tool on June 13 to include career and professional development skills. The AI-powered coaching engages users interactively, offering personalised advice and feedback based on extensive LinkedIn Learning courses, helping learners discover content aligned with their specific needs.

Since its launch, the AI-powered coaching tool has received positive feedback, with 76% of learners reporting improved skill-building. Users can ask questions like “How can I develop a mentoring team for my career?” and receive tailored, immediate responses. This feature aims to enhance skill development in areas such as AI, mentoring, and productivity, making LinkedIn Learning’s vast library of courses more accessible and relevant. Key courses include “How to Highlight Your Job Skills,” “Leveraging Your Transferable Skills,” and “Becoming an Inspiring Mentor.”
