The University of the South Pacific (USP) Emalus Campus is in the final stages of developing a comprehensive policy to regulate the use of ChatGPT and similar AI tools, reports the Vanuatu Daily Post. Scheduled for implementation by the end of 2024, this policy aims to integrate advanced AI technologies into the academic environment while maintaining strict academic integrity. According to Campus Director Ruben Bakeo Markward, the guidelines will provide clear directives on leveraging these tools to enhance learning without compromising ethical standards.

Course Coordinators in Charge

Course Coordinators will play a key role in determining the appropriate use of AI tools in various educational settings.
