What is Forget.Work?
Forget.Work is a new AI assistant which has just hit the market. This AI assistant is ideal for those who struggle with neurodivergent disorders, such as Autism, ADHD, BPD and others who may experience executive dysfunction and hyperfocus as symptoms. Forget. Work helps such folk organise their tasks in such a way that all focus will go to each task at a time, with little room for hyperfocus or distraction. Despite its specific targeting of neurodiverse people, anyone with procrastination and overwork problems can use this new tool to reorganise their day, ensuring everything on the to-do list is done with little time-wasting.
How to Use?
- List your tasks: Identify each task you have to do for the day. Use the Forget. Work tool to form a list of these tasks and assign a time for each task.
- Activate Focus Mode: Using the time activated for each task, start your timer to time each task on the list, keeping track of the actual duration of the task.
- Celebrate Each Task: Every task you complete will have celebrations and rewards to build momentum!
- Summarise the Day’s Work: At the end of the day, refer to the daily summaries to compare projected durations and actual durations, identifying time wasted and areas to improve.
But Is It Free? And If Not, How Much?
It is, at least for three days. You can easily click the link embedded above and sign in using your Google or Apple account, as well as your email. Quick questions will be asked as to whether you have ADHD or not, and what tasks you struggle with the most with, then it’ll be easy as you like!
There are two plans (US$8/fortnightly and US$78/year) which are available upon signing in. The first plan would be more applicable to normal, everyday users, whereas those business or school users would be best served collecting the yearly plan which enables more task planning throughout the year.
So, what are you waiting for? Try Forget. Work NOW!
