Fiji’s Cybercrime Spike: 650 Online Scam Cases Under Investigation
The Fiji Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has reported significant financial losses of $614,000 from online scams, according to Fiji Times. The department is actively investigating over 650 cases involving fraudulent transactions, fake accounts, and identity theft. Authorities are urging citizens to be vigilant and report suspicious online activities.
